透過行動科學的研究，探討精神障礙者在就業職場的辛苦過程，如何利用Web 2.0的服務，提升精神障礙者的學習能力與效率。Web 2.0講求的就是資訊分享的平台，例如blog的功能，能讓輔導員利用blog完成一套標準的輔導程序，每個精神障礙者也能透過blog取得這方面的輔導，以及分享每個人的經驗，達到資訊分享的目標。

由於Web 2.0的興起，blog早已是人人會用的一項網路工具，但是blog真正使用在教學上面可以說少之又少，blog對我們教學上又有哪些好處呢？

其實blog就如同學生們的電子文件夾，同學可以在blog上記錄自己的學習過程，分享自己的學習經驗，老師及學生也能透過blog達到彼此的互動。比起以往的教學方式，都是老師在課堂上教，一但下了課，也就結束教與學的關係了；然而透過blog的分享，在教學上也就沒有所謂的時間與空間的限制了。
